
Parrish Amos is an accomplished educational leader, instructional coach, and organizational strategist with a passion for transforming schools and empowering educators to lead with excellence. With extensive experience across special education, curriculum and instruction, school operations, and leadership development, Parrish has built a reputation for creating systems that drive scholar achievement and sustainable school success. He currently serves as the Director of Specialized Services at Ethos Classical Charter School, where he leads initiatives focused on student support, intervention services, compliance, and inclusive academic excellence. Throughout his career, Parrish has been recognized for his outstanding impact in education, earning Teacher of the Year honors at both George Washington Carver Elementary School and Ethos Classical Charter School. As the founder of EdVision Coaching, he combines instructional expertise, leadership coaching, and operational strategy to support educators, school leaders, and organizations in building strong cultures, effective systems, and transformative learning environments rooted in equity, excellence, and innovation.
